We will personalise your item using the font style and case shown in the listing photograph(s). However, in some cases, we may adjust the size or scale to maintain the design's aesthetics.
Please add the name for your dashboard within the personalisation box above. We'll use this information to create a proof of your personalised item, which we’ll send to you for review and approval, prior to finalising your order. For this reason we ask that you check your email inbox on a regular basis, so as not to delay processing of your order.
For ease of tracking, our system will send automatic reminders for any review requests not actioned within 48 hours. This allows us to more effectively monitor the progress of each order, and ensures that each order is processed in a timely manner. Please note that we are unable to progress personalised orders until the necessary review and approval process has been completed.
