REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We will refund or replace any products found to be faulty or damaged. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us in writing (via email) as soon as possible, and within 14 working days of receipt of the item to confirm arrangements and instructions for the refund / exchange.
RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR UNWANTED OR UNSUITABLE PRODUCTS
We will refund payment for any unwanted or unsuitable products, minus the costs of original and return postage. Should you wish to return an item, please contact us in writing (via email) as soon as possible, and within 14 working days of receipt of the item to confirm arrangements and instructions for the return. Unwanted / unsuitable products shall be returned unopened, in their original condition, and within 14 days of requesting a return.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of personalised products, these are excluded from our refunds and returns policy. We are unable to accept returns for these unless the personalised item is found to be damaged or faulty.
To minimise the risk of errors during personalisation of printed items, we have implemented a proofs process for paper-based personalised items that requires you to review and approve the design(s) before these are finalised. We take great care to prepare each proof, using the text you have provided with your order. Nonetheless, we ask that you kindly review the design thoroughly for any errors. Approved designs are considered final, and we are unable to accept any refund or exchange requests for designs which you have approved.
