Refunds & Replacements for Faulty or Damaged Products
We take great care when preparing and packaging each order. However, if something does arrive faulty or damaged, we’ll always aim to put things right.
If this happens, please contact us in writing (via email) as soon as possible, and within 14 working days of receiving your item. From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps and arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Returns & Refunds for Unwanted or Unsuitable Products
We understand that occasionally an item may not be quite the right fit.
If you’d like to return an unwanted or unsuitable product, we can refund your payment, less the cost of the original and return postage. To begin the process, please contact us in writing (via email) as soon as possible, and within 14 working days of receiving your order. We’ll then confirm the return details with you.
Personalised Products
Personalised items are created especially for you, which means they fall outside our standard refunds and returns policy. We’re unable to accept returns for these products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
To help ensure everything is just right, we use a proofing process for all paper-based personalised items. This allows you to review and approve your design before it’s finalised. Each proof is prepared using the details provided with your order, and we kindly ask that you check everything carefully before approving.
Once a design has been approved, it’s considered final, and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any errors within approved designs.
