A design works best when it supports the way life actually unfolds — not when it asks life to fit around it, and our 2026–2027 Academic Year Planner Inserts Collection has been designed with this in mind.
Building on our established academic range, this year's collection has been refined to offer more ways to configure your planner around your routine. The foundation remains familiar, but the options within it have been expanded to support greater personalisation.
A More Adaptable Academic Year
This year, we’ve introduced greater adaptability across the collection. Each set is now available in either a 12 or 13 month duration, allowing you to select the span that best reflects your planning cycle.
Alongside this, you can still choose your preferred starting month — July, August, or September — to help align your planner more naturally with specific academic schedules, business planning, or personal routines. And as always, you can select either Sunday or Monday as your start to the week.
Familiar Formats, Refined Options
The collection itself remains rooted in familiar formats, with a range of layouts designed to support different approaches to planning.
For those who prefer simplicity, the Compact version offer a streamlined, uninterrupted week on two pages - a minimal weekly view, without additional layers or structure.
For those who prefer a wider perspective, we have options combining weekly and monthly planning. Choose a weekly planner with separate monthly calendar grids to keep each element distinct and easy to reference, or opt for integrated monthly calendar grids for a more connected system that also works seamlessly with tabbed divider setups.
Monthly Planning Options
Alongside these, we continue to offer our best-selling monthly calendar grids, now available in both 12 and 13 month durations, and across all starting month and week start combinations.
New for the 2026–2027 season, our monthly calendar pages also join the academic range as a standalone option, previously only available in a traditional January–December format, offering a more streamlined layout that can be used on its own or alongside weekly inserts.
Final Thoughts
At its core, this collection is about offering more freedom in how you use what already exists — giving you greater choice in how your planner is configured, without changing the familiar layouts you already know and love.
With options across duration, starting month, and week start, the 2026–2027 Academic Year Planner Inserts Collection simply gives you more ways to shape a system that works around you.
Here’s to a more flexible way of planning your year, on your terms — and a structure that feels entirely your own.
