UK Deliveries
All standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked postage or equivalent delivery service, in accordance with our Order Processing Timescales.

International Deliveries
All standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked postage or equivalent delivery service, in accordance with our Order Processing Timescales.

Customs Duties, Foreign Taxes & Associated Fees
In accordance with export regulations we're required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. By law, we are also prohibited from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
Your package may be subject to overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees. These are not included within our prices and, as the importer of the goods, you may need to pay these in your home country before your package is released from customs.
