The time taken to prepare your order for shipping is dependent upon the individual items ordered. Orders containing multiple items will be shipped as a single package, and shipping time-frames will vary based upon the contents. Packages containing only non-personalised items will ship more quickly than those containing personalised items.

Our standard order preparation times are as follows:

• Non-personalised items: 5-7 working days
  
• Personalised items: 10-14 working days

Preparation times are in addition to delivery timescales, which will vary based upon the final geographical shipping destination.

Personalised Items:

Paper-based personalised items are subject to a proofing process, whereby we'll use the personalisation text you provide to create a proof of your personalised item(s). We’ll send this for your review and approval, prior to finalising your order. We use an automated system to send reminders for any review requests not actioned within 48 hours, and will be unable to progress personalised orders until the necessary review and approval process has been completed. Such delays may lead to longer processing timescales than those stated above.
